Former Employee3.9Feb 6, 2024the base was $12/hourly plus commission on your sales. I have since forgotten what the commission structure was, but it wasn't very high. The traffic to the location I worked at was also pretty low. Most people who visited only came in to escape bipolar weather and were adamant not actually to make a purchase.
