Former Employee Working in Nashville from 2021-2022. The training I got at Helion was great. People and leadership were always willing to help out. They emphasized "culture and values" a lot, but the culture was very insular (frat boys fresh out of college) and the people who usually ended up getting promoted and doing well fit in with this culture. Leadership was not very transparent and things changed often. I've heard, since I left, they've made efforts to fix this, but not sure how it's gone. When I was there it was long hours and hard work, but you could get some good experience in sales if you're willing to put in the effort.
