Current Employee The experience has been okay. Solid product but poor marketing and way of selling. Very old school Korean method. Low base compared to competitors and comp plan is below industry average. It’s a good way to start your med device career and learn how to sell but you do have to deal with a lot and it’s all going to depend on who your manager is and what region you’re located in.
