During my time there, the organization was under significant pressure from the PE firm, and that intensity flowed directly into the sales organization. It created an environment where timelines were often compressed and deals were pushed forward before they were fully ready. Leadership at the time contributed to a challenging culture. Since then, the company has been acquired, and my understanding is that the environment has evolved under new ownership.

Solid opportunities for growth if you’re willing to put in the work and learn the accounts, the technology, and the industry. Lots of updates to the product which is exciting but also makes for some tricky conversations with customers and prospects.

My experience at HireVue has been strong and consistent, with the exception of the past 12-18 months. While much of that is due to economic uncertainty, the entire leadership team has turned over in the past 6 months, contributing to a lack of continuity and security.
