Former Employee Could have potential but company politics get in the way of making the product move with the industry trends and needs. Training into the role was very mislead and the edge of unethical getting businesses on the platform with no candidates in the app for job posters to contact. Turnover was high among the SDRs that couldn't last in the stiff environment where there was a lack of HR present. If external consults and revisions could be made there would be a chance at getting competitive with the market leaders.
