Having only a year experience in the Benefits space; it was difficult to navigate learning the organization while attempting to also learn a new industry.
Organizational structure is unique and you don't have lots of support and weekly touch points with those who can help develop your career.
If you are established in the Insurance industry as a producer this is an amazing place to be.
If you are entering the industry, although they have incentive plans that are very competitive and fair to help with ramp up; it is very difficult to develop quickly.
