Not a bad place to work although heavy on activity metrics. Autodesk was a difficult partner to deal with due to constant changes in our margin on software. Services org at IMAGINiT was strong technically but lacked organization. Overall neutral not a terrible experience and interesting software/services to sell.

Toxic executive leadership. Fear-led middle management. Great product-market fit which yields to high margin, high paying deals.

The comp structure is flawed. We are measured on an activity basis and paid on closed business. After we identify opportunities we pass to the field sales team and have little to no involvement after that. We solely rely on another team to make commission and the field team has little incentive of their own to close any of this new business as the business...Read More
