My experience was good until Ingram Micro corporate came in and started removing key members of leadership to give their roles to corporate pawns. Then they moved people around with no direction, leadership, or development until they could eliminate the roles. They are still actively trying to eliminate necessary roles either by layoff or by not replacing people when they make the smart decision to leave.

Summary: below market avg pay scales but great people. Overall experience at Ingram was very good. Low profit margins translated to sub standard pay, even when vendors were paying for many of vendor management related roles.
