My overall experience has not been what I expected it to be. I was not given accurate details about my role during the interview process. Things that were promised to me are not actually happening. There's also a strong "hustle" culture here - you're asked to work on holidays, weekends, or days off at times. Had I known what I know now, I'm not sure I would be working here.

Leadership has no idea what they are doing in terms of inbound opportunity dispersion and the training leaves a lot to be desired. the company is seriously misguided internally and has a strong old boys club.

Tough one. Need to give credit to the new leadership they brought in, they have done the best they can to turn things around and make it a thriving sales org but it all seems to be trending downward, hard to out-run poor foundation/fundamentals.
