Lots of change to comp structure when too many reps hit quota. Then restructured where no one was hitting it and had us revamp our cadences on a week long training. Then yelled at us on a company wide call for not making the normal number of calls during that training. This is an illustration of management’s competence, or lack thereof, overall.

Great leaders. Genuinely care. My Manager is scrubbed in and spends a ton of time with me. There's also tons of training and coaching. We do daily coaching. What could be better is marketing should improve the lead pass, because it's an opportunity for improvement. Also need better snacks.
