Current Employee Great opportunity from a product market fit perspective, but as most early growth startups do, the hiring here has been extremely rapid. In many ways, hiring is unfortunately surpassing growth.
The company brought in a new Head of sales, who has doubled sales headcount since the end of Q1. Attainment has taken a nosedive as a result, and although product market fit remains high, unfortunately it is to a segment of nonprofits that ultimately doesn’t typically spend much.
This might be a rocketship for other departments, but sales morale is rocky at best. There’s a lot of figuring out to do regarding sales strategy.
