The software was great, but the leadership was questionable at best. Some teams did not stay in their lane and would try to take over other parts of the company and it was felt on the employee level making it pretty uncomfortable.

Do not work here. Decent base salary and commissions percentage but there is 0 marketing support and CEO is trigger happy. 30+ reps in last 5 years for a 5 person sales team.
