After the recent change to the new CRO and company President in late 2024, culture took a turn for the worse. Leadership is only comprised of yes-men, no culture of inclusivity or diverse opinions.

Great, there have been a lot of changes over the last few years. It's not as great as it once was, but still seems to be doing better than the rest of the industry.

Overall experience has been great. Would strongly recommend Invicti. Leadership is helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pay is above average and goals are attainable. Inbound lead flow is nice to have.
