Overall the opportunity is great for anyone willing to lead from the front but the district manager really determines how effective the setter / sales manager can be. If you don't have a strong DM behind you then good luck building a successful team.

I enjoyed Ion Solar. Great leadership. High competition in market. Solar is still in early adopter phases which can be a challenge sometimes. Overall great job.

My overall experience was good. Definitely not for everyone as a lot of it is D2D. Commission structure could have been a little more competitive with other companies in the industry but product was good and so was my territory. Very location dependent

There should maybe be an option to not rate base compensation because this company (on sales) is 1099 only! But it was a good company as far as being a strong leader in the industry with great training, culture, swag, and opportunity to make a lot if you follow the protocols!
