Great people. Alignment from the top was all over the place, quotas were unrealistic, there was no true support, and no interest in investing in their people. Product needs major work to be a true competitor again.

Historically a good company to sell for. New Product and Engineering leadership joined almost 6 years ago and that is when the company stopped listening to customers, prospective customers, sales, and CSMs. The market is aware which is reflected in the bottom falling out of inbound leads and record high churn.
