Former Employee3.6Jul 16, 2025KONE is a solid global company overall. I didn't enjoy my role in sales as there wasn't any support staff. Which means as a "salesperson" you are also a full-time project manager among other roles. If you go on vacation for a week, you'll need two weeks to catch up because there is nobody covering your work.

Former Employee4.4May 29, 2024Great. Lack of structure was a good and bad thing starting out for me. There's a lot of opportunity though, and when you can manage your time and prioritize well, the freedom is great.
