Former Employee2.0Aug 3, 2023Negative, everyone was underpaid and the sales comp plan was horrible. Got worse and worse every year. They found ways to cap people’s pay who were hitting 100% plus revenue goal.

In my day-to-day work, I focused on tasks such as cold calling, scheduling meetings with business development managers, nurturing potential accounts, representing KORE at tradeshows, and actively prospecting to identify promising leads.
