Current Employee The sales environment is extremely difficult, with quotas set far beyond what is realistically attainable. Incentives are poorly structured, with no meaningful rewards or spiffs to motivate performance. Compensation is well below industry standards, and the advertised OTE is inflated and rarely achievable. Pay is often delayed, inaccurate, and lacks any transparency, leaving employees unsure of what they will actually receive. On top of that, compensation plans change every year and are confusing to understand, which only adds to the frustration.
