Current Employee Kantar is a heavy consulting company, has lots of consumer data that they use to steer Brand strategy; they are in the process to transition to more agile solutions, automated on the back-end to do the heavy lifting. We are achieving targets even in tough economic times, because brands always see new ways to grow their revenue and Kantar has a great reputation. However it's not a place for an ambitious Account Executive/Manager, unless you are interested in the Consumer/Research Industry. You can learn a lot about Brand Strategy, Creative, Innovation, Media, however it's very hard to grow your OTE & promote.
