My overall experience here is positive and we have a great solution stack. Internally changes happen extremely often with unclear communication as to the why or how to accomplish them. Goals are far too high for our average deal size and the number of accounts in our AMs book of business. Less than 10%-20% of managers hit the quota and when we try to explain where we see gaps we are met with "well we just need to make it happen." would like for the company to listen more to its employees and frontline managers are we see the real time affects it does to the ICs.

My overall experience at the company was not that bad. I have heard of others having a really rough time, but I was not on the short end of the stick. It's a great place to create a career if you put in the work. If you don't, you are in for a wild ride.
