The upside is however that dependent on your deal size, you have the potential to make a ton of money via commission.

Former Employee2.9Nov 5, 2025My overall experience was good not great. There is a LOT of kool-aid to be drank. The training is very poor. Very much a trial by fire role that requires a ton of self-training. Earning potential is very good, but it will always be 100% commission based.
