Base compensation is rated one star because it's a commission-based job. It was a great company to work for, and I found that in addition to ample training opportunities other agents were extremely helpful whenever I asked for advice.

My overall experience was good not great. There is a LOT of kool-aid to be drank. The training is very poor. Very much a trial by fire role that requires a ton of self-training. Earning potential is very good, but it will always be 100% commission based.

Ok experience - the company culture was great but very much so about drinking the kool aid and not super focused on thinking outside the box. Super corporate and old school mentality.
