Former Employee Kevel was a strong overall experience for me. The company has a highly differentiated product in the retail media and ad-tech ecosystem, and there’s real value in what the platform delivers for enterprise customers. Leadership gives you autonomy to operate like an owner, and there’s meaningful room for a strong operator to make an impact across new business, renewals, and market expansion. Compensation was competitive and aligned with expectations for a VP-level role.
The main challenge during my time there was lead flow. Inbound demand existed, but it was modest, and you had to build most of your pipeline through disciplined outbound and relationship-driven selling. It’s a great environment for someone who excels at creating opportunities, but reps who rely heavily on inbound volume may find it challenging.
Overall, Kevel is a good fit for self-starters who want ownership, strategic work, and the ability to directly influence revenue outcomes. Strong team, strong product, and big upside—especially as the company matures its GTM engine and increases top-of-funnel activity. Browse Other Reviews
