Stable company with excellent training for new salespeople. Strong products. Easy to focus on your job, as roles are very defined. As a manager/director, incentive structure is broken.

My overall experience was that Keyence is a fantastic entry point to sales upon graduation. They have great training and force you to learn the most difficult parts of sales very quickly.
