Toxic work environment Will tell you it takes 2 years to be successful but if not immediately producing will put you on a plan and try to manage you out. Leadership is awful

Tumultuous! My market leader was fired after 15 years within 3 months and my Sales Manager within 6 months. They promoted a recruiting leader who wasn't successful and low EQ.
