Current Employee2.6Oct 17, 2024Great leadership, but very poor commission structure and no way to get a raise w/out the grace of God helping you out. The culture is what keeps me here, but it would be great if commissions were looked at and increased by at least 100%. You can do double the sales and make around 25% more. The motivation just isn't there.

Former Employee3.6May 27, 2025Enjoyed working at Kforce! I learned alot about the recruiting industry and Kforce has a good training for people new to the industry. Benefits were not great. Alot of turnover when I was there but it was mainly due to hiring people with no previous experience.
