Current Employee Operations/underwriting consistently kill deals at the finish line, or roll them back once they're already across the finish line and have signed a contract. There is no rhyme or reason to this. Policy changes almost weekly, sometimes daily, often going back and forth on the same policy. Commissions are clawed back and the time and effort sales puts into these deals were for nothing. Customer experience is abysmal.
