Current Employee Throughout my time at Kin, I’ve grown significantly as a sales professional. The fast-paced environment has helped me sharpen my communication skills, refine my ability to build rapport quickly, and consistently close deals in a competitive market. I’ve taken pride in hitting goals and learning how to adapt in a remote, performance-driven setting.
One of the main challenges, however, has been the inconsistency of the compensation plan. Over my time here, the structure has fluctuated multiple times without clear communication or rationale, which has made it difficult to plan and stay fully motivated. Despite that, I’ve continued to perform and stay focused on delivering results.
