The base comp package is strong however it is challenging to actually hit your number here. Product fit is there but the actual product itself is very flaky. When it works its great, but that is a rare instance. As a sales rep you will find yourself as more of an account manager as opposed to a new logo or expansion rep, making it hard to earn commissions. Lack of resources means wearing way more hats that you should. Leadership changes hands often so momentunm is perpetually 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Nice people overall and mean well its just a tough sector within the QA space.

Messy place to work, some smart people and good culture on the right teams - disorganized sales org when I was there - maybe time has improved! something positive is the CPO was AI first (Mostly ML driven) ahead of his time. Frank is very smart
