High turnover, not sure if anyone really hits quota and holds it unless you kinda lead customers astray. poor leadership, honestly just terrible, business model is based on putting another chump in the seat over and over

to many hours and not enough pay. goals are based on last year production so if you hit your goal to many years in a row it got unreasonable
