Amazing training. I was able to practice with my boss for at least an hour a day and he watched me sell each day for an hour to give me constructive feedback! It was the best and most personalized training program I have ever seen.

My overall experience was alright. I was compensated decently well and there was room for career development but little to no training.

to many hours and not enough pay. goals are based on last year production so if you hit your goal to many years in a row it got unreasonable
