Amazing training. I was able to practice with my boss for at least an hour a day and he watched me sell each day for an hour to give me constructive feedback! It was the best and most personalized training program I have ever seen.

to many hours and not enough pay. goals are based on last year production so if you hit your goal to many years in a row it got unreasonable
