Former Employee Slightly below average base pay with very small deal commission percentage. Leadership has lack of direction/control over operations due to "Holocracy" framework. Major restructure/layoffs like clock work every year. Good intent from management with professional development/establishing collaborative environment but hard to make tangible progress with too many cooks in the kitchen from Holocracy style management.
