The company was solely focused on metrics. It was more important to have outbound activity than meaningful conversations. PTO is discouraged and taking days off didn't lower your quota. You were pressured and publicly ridiculed regularly. Dog eat dog mentality. Highly stressful and no care for employees' mental health. If you can cut it here, you'll be able to somewhere else where you'll be more fulfilled and happier.

The reps hitting quota have been with the company for a long time and have great recurring business from handed accounts. Newer reps struggle to bring in new business and grow existing accounts with less opportunity.

During my time at LaSalle, fear was immediately instilled to try to create productivity. Managers, Directors, and VPs were constantly asking you about your call volume, connects, and meetings total.
