Current Employee Truly the worst company I’ve ever worked for. When I first started there a couple years ago, their comp structure was so appealing and if you put the work in you could be very successful here. They restructured everything. Merged regions that were 20 people each to now 70+ people with only 1 RM. No coaching, no opportunity for growth just grind grind grind and then panic when numbers aren’t being hit with the hundreds of people calling the same leads. The culture here is if your BFF’s with the manager you’ll be put on good calendars. If not, you’ll go months without hearing from your manager and then be asked why you aren’t performing well. Training was deceiving though - best training I’ve ever been through. It’s why I fell in love with the company in the beginning.
