Great processes for sales and training for them, challenging leadership due to PE ownership but has investment and focus on sales, hard to get consistent commission as a manager.

If you're not a fan of aggressive product pushing, this may not be the place for you. The actual value of Lexology Pro is quite limited. In most cases (I'd estimate 4 out of 5), the leads provided are unqualified, yet you're still expected to chase them. The job, especially at Lexology PRO is a complete pipe dream. 80% are sacked or leave during probation. You will spend most of your day cold calling offices to flog access to a website for little to no money at all whilst being pressured as if your deals are 10x the size
