My overall experience was good but we did not get compensated enough as a base and were not helped with expenses that were needed to get business.

Management is disconnected from the field. they don’t know what works. They don’t work w reps and don’t promote from within so they are lacking on the ground information.

Base gets cut in half each year until you’re effectively commission only. 0 marketing, 0 guidance, you set own price and do own marketing in your region. You’re essentially experiencing the worst parts of owning a business as a distributor, and the worst parts of being an employee with non of the positives of either.
