Overall experience has been amazing. The culture and leadership are great, confident and give details on where the company is headed. The immediate manager is also a coach who trains and develops my skills and learning.

I would say this is a good introduction to sales. However, the base is low and the commission is low as well. You have to work overtime, take every possible lead, and answer every phone call in order to make decent money.
