Current Employee Full commission role. Income highly dependent on which team you end up on, which territory the team is responsible for, and whether your manager knows how to find good sales opportunities to sell in.
Company car provided, monthly phone allowance, and unlimited vacation are perks. No benefits for full commission reps.
Very entrepreneurial role. You need to have tenacity, be able to stomach slow periods and take full advantage of busy times, and be extremely self-motivated, and know how to find good opportunities. Otherwise, you'll find it hard to make money here as it is full commission.
Opportunities to make the same income here as someone in mid-senior/ senior level position in SaaS if you are good.
