Former Employee Org had a very toxic senior leader in the U.S. that the C-Level's in Australia allowed to continue to abuse power and harass employees for far too long that impacted team morale. Unnecessary territory realignments break customer relationships, impacting both renewal and new business. The middle management in the sales org are both jockeying for their next title, and therefore will step on anyone they must to reach that next rung on the ladder. Goals are not aligned at all levels. However, the products have a great market fit, and support is generally solid. Browse Other Reviews
