My overall experience was an ok one, when inly taking into account the operational teams. Engineers are supportive, collegues are helpfull. The potential is great. However trainings are non existing as are clear career paths, no communication about the state or direction the company is taking. Aswell as a very high focus on "red flags" and next to none on individual or team achievements
