Former Employee My ovarall experience was not very good and I think it was because the company is in a stage where they keep making changes in the departments leaders and stragegies which affects directly the work of the team but is not taking into consideration as a difficulty for them to achieve the goals if the month is continuously interrupted by changes tons of useless meetings and so on. They should figure out what they wanna do before hire so many people
