Former Employee Basically 100% cold calling which can really build your sales skills for any future sales role. The training, unfortunately, was done mainly by failed sales reps that were struggling to make quotas. However, the quicker you become completely autonomous in prospecting and closing, the substantial more you will make in promotions, bonuses, and good salary + commission. You earn recurring income on your clients you sign up which is nice. And the company is pretty reputable and the service itself is amazing with award-winning strategy. I’m not sure if this is a demand-declining industry with AI, but it’s a very solid medium sized marketing agency partnered with google, Amazon, Facebook, etc. Unfortunately I reached a ceiling and felt eventually there was no more room to grow and no more room to make more money or for promotions, and I did eventually want to get away from cold calling i.e. become a manager. No positions ever opened up.
