Training and leadership support is minimal. You must find a way to your number or you will be on the chopping block. Bringing in a book of business is key.

Current Employee3.0Apr 23, 2025Ambitious company with great ideas for the future. They want to play in more strategic deals, and develop further than a typical MSP. However, there GTM and execution is horrible. Leadership is legacy TelCo, they have no idea how to run Cloud/SaaS initiatives.
