When I joined Lokalise I quickly learner that teams were struggling to reach quotas. The most obvious reason for this appeared to be the rapid growth of the sales org. The AE team went from 5 globally to 12 and the SDR team had also more then doubled. However revenue and opportunity generation remained static before declining so the increased head count meant less quota attainment per rep. This continuing situation eventually led to mass lay offs. Not a single SDR or AE hit quota in 22. By H1 of 23 only one AE was on track to hit quota

My overall experience was very valuable to my growth and career development and I am thankful for it. However, Lokalise's leadership team over the past year did not inspire confidence about the company's future outlook.

Overall experience was good but company is changing a lot and future is very uncertain. I would stay away from localization companies at the moment.
