Good product and ICs are great people. Horrible leadership with no way to hit quotas that are set "based on company need". The OTE is enticing but you will make more at different company with a 160k OTE.

All encompassing, areas such as market fit, and incentive feedback are grey areas most businesses over look. Also Inbound leads are mostly poor quality which over poor lead conversion
