Current Employee Constant changes in leadership, structure, 3 compensation structure changes in 4 years, and slow to keep up with smaller competitors who are taking share quickly. The name does open a lot of doors and offer some competitive advantages, however. Also very robust national account team wothp possibility of full OTE just from getting in deep with them. Customers bad at paying bills and accounts constantly on hold, but that is more of a mtifamily industry issue where management companies just cycle between maxing out debt with vendors then pay down oldest before fully cutoff by every vendor.
