Former Employee Toxic culture with new CEO. Major layoffs (30% of company). Got rid of the new teams helping sales close deals (sales enablement and marketing). Can't stick to a strategy long enough to see it through. Data is a mess, no decent CRM and when sales and marketing leadership looked to fix this, they got made redundant. Reps target each others accounts and there is favouritism from managers. C-suite only cares about their next deal and the go to market motion is stuck in the dark ages. This started to change but along with 30% of the company the team that was working on this got sacked. There's no job security at this company even if you are performing relatively well and you can see that in the hiring trends and churn rate.
