MacroFab is a company with a great concept, but a lack of leadership and direction, mixed with a toxic culture will never allow the company to prosper. There is a lot of turnover and has been 3-4 different rounds of layoffs within the past 2-3 years. This leaves you feeling very scared about everything you do and the lack of stability is very rough. There are a lot of great people that work at MacroFab. Unfortunately, they are never able to shine due to leadership and the bad decisions the company has made over the past 4-6 years.

My (and many of my coworkers) experience was torturous. The worst leadership I have ever seen. What could be a good SaaS company- they are NOT manufacturers-they fall down on all fronts. Sales team was set up for failure. Turnover rate was comical- average lifespan at this company is months.
