Employees here on average has been with a company for over 10-15+ years. The CRM is a skeleton system. Information is scattered or there’s a process with no SLA. It is very disorganized. Luckily there are a lot of intelligent people. Globally it’s even more disorganized. SMALL group who hit OTE.
