It's a really cut throat environment. if you work hard , have some cash saved up, and you're all in, you can be successful. But keep in mind that around 90%+ of associates churn out within their first year.

The compensation structure is commission only, it made it very difficult to make money with such long sales cycles.

Good time, they have decent training and you will be cold calling a lot. Good idea is to julo to another firm after a couple years
